Before you book
- 0118+ on the day, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent.
- 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- 03Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 04Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

- 06Lash services are 18+, and the consent form is signed before your first appointment.
- 07New clients get a patch test 24–48 hours before their first set or lift.
- 08Come with clean lashes: no mascara, eye makeup or oily skincare around the eyes. Contacts out before we start.
- 09A fill needs about 40% of your lashes still on. Less than that, or more than four weeks out, is booked as a full set.
- 10More than 15 minutes late? I may have to shorten the appointment or move it.
Lash care
Make your set last.
- 01Keep them dry for the first 24 hours: no water, steam, saunas or sweaty workouts.
- 02After that, wash them every day with lash shampoo. Clean lashes hold longer.
- 03Brush them through with a clean spoolie every morning.
- 04No oil-based makeup, cleansers or creams near the eyes, and no mascara on the extensions.
- 05Don’t pick, rub or pull at them — it takes your natural lashes out too.
- 06Book your fill for two to three weeks out.
FAQ
- Does it hurt?
- No. You lie back with your eyes closed — most clients fall asleep. If your eyes sting or water, tell me and we’ll adjust.
- How often do I need a fill?
- Every two to three weeks. You naturally shed a few lashes a day, and a fill replaces them. Past four weeks it’s booked as a new set.
- Do I need a patch test?
- Yes, for your first set or lift — a few lashes 24 to 48 hours before, so we know the adhesive and solution agree with you.
- How do deposits work?
- A $30 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total.
- Classic, hybrid or volume?
- Classic is one extension per lash — natural, like mascara. Volume is fans of fine lashes — fuller and darker. Hybrid is both. Not sure? Book hybrid and we’ll decide together.
- How long does a lift last?
- Six to eight weeks, until your lashes grow out. Keep them dry for the first 24 hours.
